In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal information to third parties for legitimate purposes subject to this Privacy Policy. Such circumstances may include:
• With Shopify, vendors and other third parties who perform services on our behalf (for example, IT management, payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfilment and shipping).

For example, we use Shopify to support personalised advertising with third-party services based on your online activity with different merchants and websites. Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share your information for targeted advertising purposes.
• When you direct or request us to disclose certain information to third parties, or otherwise consent to such disclosure, such as to ship you products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations.
• With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group.

In these circumstances, Shopify is responsible for the processing of your personal information, including for responding to your requests to exercise your rights over its use for these purposes. To learn more about how Shopify uses your personal information, see the
Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers). You may also be able to exercise certain rights over data Shopify processes directly via the Shopify Privacy Portal (https://privacy.shopify.com/en).
8. International Transfers of Personal Information
We and our service providers, including Shopify, may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, including in countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in Bahrain. Under the PDPL, we will only make such a transfer with your specific consent, unless the transfer is to a country or territory recognised as providing adequate protection, or another exemption under the PDPL applies. By providing your personal information and using the Services, you consent to this kind of transfer where applicable. If we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent UK mechanisms, unless the transfer is to a country already recognised as providing an adequate level of protection.
9. Third-Party Websites and Links
The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on them. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, including third-party social networking platforms, may be viewable by other users without limitation as to its use by us or a third party. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on those platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed on the Services.
10. Children's Data
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, children. In Bahrain, the legal age of majority is 21; individuals under that age may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us using the details below and we will delete it.
11. Security and Retention of Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect your personal information, consistent with the PDPL. Please be aware, however, that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee “perfect security.” Any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit; we recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to maintain your account, provide you with the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies. When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymise it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
