Refund policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Unopened and unused items may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase, provided they are in original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Products damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage will not be accepted.
If you believe a product is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase for inspection. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with Bahrain Consumer Protection Law.
